Empowering Entrepreneurs Through Real World Experience
I started my firm because I genuinely love working with entrepreneurs and helping them solve problems. Over the years, I’ve built and supported a wide range of businesses—launching new ventures, streamlining operations, and driving growth across multiple industries. As the founder of Field Goods and someone who’s worked hands-on with many startups, I understand both the challenges small business owners face and the thrill of building something from the ground up.
What sets my firm apart is the combination of real-world entrepreneurial experience and the strategic perspective of a Columbia Business School MBA. I bring deep financial, operational, and marketing insight to every engagement—helping small businesses make smarter financial decisions, strengthen their systems, and grow with confidence.

I founded Field Goods a local food delivery service that catered to health-conscious consumers by providing high-quality food sourced from small farms and food companies. Like most entrepreneurs, I began with modest resources and expanded significantly over nine years, serving over 20,000 customers and employing up to 30 people. Field Goods went through significant transformations, including securing multiple funding rounds to support growth and eventual acquisition by Consolidated Harvest.

Professional Experience

At the NYS Small Business Development Center at the University at Albany, I’ve worked with more than 100 small businesses—helping owners craft business plans, build financial projections, and sharpen their marketing strategies. At Hudson Harvest, a local food wholesaler, I overhauled the company’s inventory, order processing, and delivery logistics systems to make sure the right products reached the right customers at the right time—something that’s a lot harder than it sounds.
As the head of east coast sales and business development, I helped grow Sahale Snacks from under $1 million in sales to a nationally recognized brand by building distribution and securing key retail partners. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at The Times Mirror Company and BigStar Entertainment, where I managed multimillion-dollar marketing budgets, directed acquisitions, and led teams that achieved national visibility and revenue growth.
As an investment banker, I structuring complex financial transactions at Bankers Trust and Cronus Partners. Through my consulting practice, I’ve worked with clients across agriculture, economic development, food ventures, e-commerce, technology, and publishing—from startups to multinational corporations. What they all have in common is that their stories can be told and understood through the numbers.
Guesswork isn’t a growth strategy…we are here to help.
